ClimateTally shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
If you purchase carbon offsets through ClimateTally, those transactions are final. We work with verified offset providers and disclose relevant project information where available. While we vet partners, ClimateTally is not responsible for the operations or claims of third-party offset projects beyond the information we provide.The money will be credited to the personal account of the primary ESG consultant and will be disbursed to the offset partners at the end of the month.
